Cancellation Policy
As a small business owner, I rely on the appointments that are booked. When a spot is reserved, I turn away other clients and count on that income to help support my family, pay my bills, and provide for my child.
‼️Because of this, any appointment canceled with less than 48 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service total. This fee will be due at the time of cancellation before any future appointments can be booked‼️
Thank you to all of my amazing clients for supporting my business, respecting my time, and understanding why this policy is necessary. I appreciate each and every one of you. 🤍
